 Dear Guest, before buying anything on the www.reveli.it website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”), please read carefully these General Sales Terms and Conditions as they regulate the contractual relations to purchase items on the website.

The terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Réveli and any of our affiliated companies as appropriate to the context. "You" refers to any person accessing and/or using the Website.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

These General Sales Terms and Conditions regulate the on-line sale of the Réveli items on the www.reveli.it website managed by G.A.S.P. lab srl, legal offices in Gorgonzola (Milan) Italy, via Trieste n. 42, REA registration number MI 2662441, VAT number 12449860969 (the “Seller”).

These General Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and, in particular by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the law on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning e-commerce.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these General Sales Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these General Sales Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our website so that you understand which Terms apply. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, all source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics on the website (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Italy, international copyright laws and international conventions. 

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these General Sales Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that: 

  1. all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
  2. you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; 
  3. you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and you agree to comply with these General Sales Terms and Conditions;
  4. you act for purposes outside of business interests or other professional activity; 
  5. you will not access the Website through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; 
  6. you will not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; 
  7. your use of the Website will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

For all the above, we reserve the right to reject orders from customers not complying with the requirements listed above. Furthermore, orders received from countries not served by the company shall not be processed.

You may be required to register with the Website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product characteristics on sale on www.reveli.it are described in each product sheet and viewable before purchasing each product. We reserve the right to change product descriptions in the description sheet at any time. 

Product images published on the website represent items on sale as accurately as possible. Nonetheless, product colors and/or sizes may differ from the actual items due to unique nature resulting from the artisanal production methods used, photographic distortions, or browser or screen used during website surfing. We shall not be responsible for possible unsuitability of images or colors of the items due to the above-mentioned technical reasons. 

ORDER PROCESSING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

To purchase one or more items, you shall submit to us an electronic Purchasing Order with desired items providing your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, payment details and other required information. Once an item(s) is/are chosen, you may put it into the Shopping Bag by clicking on the selection. 

While checking out you can review the submitted information, check your order and its total price, and correct any errors. You will be required to accept these General Sales Terms and Conditions; otherwise, the order will not be finalized.

Once the order has been processed through the Sales System, we will send you an “Order Receipt Confirmation”, an email acknowledging receipt of your order with details of the ordered items, the price, the shipping costs and other applicable charges. It is your responsibility to double-check the Order Receipt Confirmation to make sure it accurately reflects the order as it was intended. It is advised to get in touch with Customer Service immediately if the Order Receipt Confirmation does not reflect your intentions.

Once receiving your order, we will check the product availability in stock. A contract for the sale between you and us, governed by these Terms and Conditions, will only be formed when you receive the second email notification confirming shipment of your order, the Order Acceptance, at the email address provided with your order. 

We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or refuse your order in our sole discretion if the you do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, because of insufficient stock, incomplete or incorrect orders. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, if our bank is unable to contact your bank for an examination or if your information is insufficient.

Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from completing your transaction.

If your order is not accepted, we will inform you via email. If any payment has already been taken, you will be reimbursed in full for any sums paid to us for that order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All prices listed on the Website are to be understood as VAT included, and, unless otherwise indicated, excluding any potential delivery fees and taxes. Separate charges for delivery fees (and their related VAT or other taxes) will be clearly displayed on the screen prior to the completion of your order and will be confirmed in your Order Receipt Confirmation.

The currency applied for purchases with delivery fees within the European Union is the Euro (€).

We reserve the right to change the price of the Product at any time and without notice, notwithstanding the price charged to you will be that indicated on the Website at the time the order is placed. 

Payment shall be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Clearpay, or Réveli Gift Card).

We accept orders with shipping and delivery instructions within Italy and European Union (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden). We currently do not accept shipments to military addresses, restricted areas, hotels, hostels, prisons, PO Boxes addresses. 

There are no shipping costs for orders equal to or over 150,00€ for Italy and 250.00€ for European Union countries. For orders of a lower amount a contribution of 10.00€ is required for Italy and 20.00€ for European Union countries.

The ordered item(s) shall remain our property until full payment is received. 

Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, you or the person designated by you are required to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note, the packages and their seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner, the delivered products conform to characteristics described in the Order Confirmation/Acceptance and are not incomplete. The handwritten or electronic signature of yours or other person present at the delivery address indicated will be required as confirmation of the product delivery. Once the delivery has taken place, the risk and responsibility for the acquired items are turned over to you. 

Orders shall be shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Items ordered on the weekend and on holidays shall be processed on the following working day.

In-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order confirmation date. Shipping of out-of-stock and made-to-order items is guaranteed within 3 weeks and, in any case, within 30 days. 

Delivery delays could happen at some periods of the year as a result of organizational issues or personnel shortage; these delays will be communicated via email.

If we cannot ship your order within the period specified in your Shipment Confirmation, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may choose to cancel your order, we will issue a complete refund to you. If you choose not to cancel your order, we will make every effort to deliver your order within a reasonable period of time.

In the event of non-delivery within 30 days from the date of the Order Acceptance, or within the maximum agreed-upon deadline, the Customer may request that we carry out the delivery within ad additional time period appropriate to the circumstances; if the delivery is not made within the additional time limit, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract. In such a case we will refund to the Customer all sums paid in execution of the contract.   

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We reserve the right to postpone the shipping in the caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission, accident or circumstance beyond its control, including, but not limited to:

  • earthquake, fire, storm, flood, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • national or local states of emergency;
  • riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not;
  • interruption or failure of communication or transportation facilities; 
  • non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors;
  • regulations or restrictions of any government.

If such a situation arises, we will inform you and will make a reasonable effort to minimize any delay. You can cancel your order and get a full refund if we are unable to complete it due to any  circumstances outside of its control or if there is a substantial delay to our delivering your order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from/cancel the Contract if you change your mind or for any other reason within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you (or the person designated by you) take physical possession of the item.

It is not possible to use the right of withdrawal on customized or made-to-measure items. The Gifts cards are non-returnable.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete the online return form or send us a request indicating the items for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/right to cancel at customercare@reveli.it with the heading: “Withdraw Order n.” and follow the instructions that will be provided to you.

You must return the purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you notified us of your decision.

The items shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging without signs of wear, abrasions, scratches and with original tags and labels attached along with all accessories, gifts (if any) and related documents (e.g., instructions booklet, product certificates, etc.) if any, and undamaged box. 

If a returned items do not satisfy the conditions for a return, we are authorized, on the basis of these General Sales Terms and Conditions, to refuse reimbursement and to send it back to you at the expense of the Customer to the address indicated in the return form, or if such address is not valid, to the address communicated by you when you placed the order. 

This return will occur within thirty (30) days from the date we informed you of the rejection of the returned items, unless an event beyond its reasonable control or any unforeseeable circumstance occurs.

Please kindly note that the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund (for costs please refer to the Delivery and Shipping section) and all the prior shipping costs are not refundable. Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original order on the Website once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange a purchased item within thirty (30) days for another Réveli product. An exchange is only possible once for every order and it is free of charge.  

Exchanges are accepted in all the following cases, whenever it is not related to a personalized and custom-made item:

  • You may exchange your Product for another size, color variant of the same model initially ordered or with a new design with an equal or greater value only when available in stock. We don’t accept exchange for items of lower value.
  • You received an item with manufacturing defects.

To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return above-mentioned conditions listed in the “Right of Withdrawal and Returns”. 

To request an exchange and check the availability of a desired item for the exchange, contact the Customer Service at customercare@reveli.it

In case of an exchange for a more expensive product, you will be obliged to pay the price difference. All details are provided in the Return Policy.

If you find that an item has manufacturing defects, please contact within 24 hours our Customer Service at customercare@reveli.it indicating the order number, your name and order date, and attaching one or more photographs showing the defect. 

If you request the repair, replacement or return of an item due to manufacturing defect we will bear the delivery fees for returning the item to be repaired, replaced or returned, as well as any costs to ship the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Please note that damage, alteration or modification to the products caused by you is not a manufacturing defect or a lack of conformity. For example, without limitations, any damage caused by inappropriate usage, storage; normal tear and wear; non-compliance of care instructions. Likewise, slight variations in the enamel color, presence of inclusions in stones or variation in the look of the final finishing are inherent to the item and not manufacturing defects.

ITEMS GUARANTEE

We guarantee the authenticity of all items purchased on our Website. Every single item complies with our quality standards and passes all our controls, both technical and aesthetic, before being released online. 

All our products have a 2-year quality warranty, starting from the order delivery date.

The warranty is applicable for any manufacturing or material defect. This guarantee does not cover insurance against damage, alteration or modification caused by you.

Upon receipt of your order you shall examine it to verify the presence of any manufacturing defect. If you identify any manufacturing defect, please contact immediately our Customer Services at customercare@reveli.it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These General Sales Terms and Conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in relation to our products, services, or Website. Nothing in these General Sales Terms and Conditions intends to exclude or limit our liability any further than it might be limited or excluded by applicable laws. Without prejudice to the previous sentence, the contractual or non-contractual liability may in no event exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable order. 

We are not liable for damage or loss that either you or we could not reasonably have foreseen at the time you accepted these General Sales Terms and Conditions. We shall not be liable to you for any indirect damages.

We are not responsible for any disservice, delay or failure to perform any of the obligations under these General Sales Terms and Conditions if the disservice, delay or failure is caused by a force majeure event or unforeseeable circumstances, including disservices due to Internet malfunction. Likewise, no liability can be ascribed to us for any fraudulent or illegal use that third parties may make of credit cards and other means of payment used on our Website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The General Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the law on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning e-commerce.

For the settlement of any dispute relating to this General Terms and Conditions and arising between the parties, an amicable composition may be preemptively promoted according to the mediation procedure, also available online and ruled by the Conciliation Service provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza-Brianza and Lodi, registered in the REgister of Conciliation Bodies with the Ministry of Justice.

We inform you that you have the right to access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (the European ODR Platform), an online platform for dispute settlements managed by the European Commission.  The European ODR Platform has been developed and is managed by the European Commission, in compliance with Directive 2013/11/EU and EU Regulation no. 524/2013 in order to facilitate an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, quick, and equitable out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations deriving from sales contracts or online services between a Consumer resident in the European Union and a professional service established in the European Union.
